As a UX Digital Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the digital presence of our brand while increasing user engagement, optimizing user experience and driving lead conversion growth. This key team member will work collaboratively with website product owners, brand and other designers, leading UX design throughout the strategy, design, and development life cycle.

What you’ll do

(Job duties and responsibilities)

• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts
• Assist in the creation of new frameworks and design components, including but not limited to navigation, headers, buttons, interactions, images and media
• Design responsive user interfaces (UI) that incorporate our brand identity and adhere to web accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Manage and maintain website design system
• Collaborate closely with internal web team experts on user research usability testing, and analytics to deeply understand user needs and pain points.
• Collaborate with internal digital marketing experts to create user journeys and information architecture
• Create detailed user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure designs meet business requirements and technical feasibility.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, best practices, and design tools, and apply innovative solutions to complex design problems.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the overall UX of web pages/sites through ongoing user feedback and data-driven insights

What you’ll bring

(Job requirements)

• At least 6 years of experience with 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for websites with some understanding of HTML and CSS limitations
• Proficiency in design tools using Figma, with experience using Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience working on websites w/ responsive design
• Experience or knowledge of website A/B test experiments plus some experience with UX/user research, including user interviews, surveys, and analysis of user interaction data, to refine user personas, journey maps, and inform design direction
• Experience creating basic animations (gif) a plus
• Preferred technology experience: Figma, Miro, Illustrator/Photoshop, FigJam
• Able to work flexible hours as required by business priorities
